Delano Manongs: Forgotten Heroes of the United Farm Workers, has been nominated for a 2015 Emmy for Best Histroical Documentary. Produced by Media Factory, the film tells the story of the Filipino farmworkers who started the Grape Strike of 1965, the strike that brought Filpino and Mexican farmworkers together to create the United Farm Workers Union.
The documentary is slated PBS broadcast this year.
